Leicester City transfer news: Christian Fuchs nearing King Power Stadium switch
Leicester City are set to complete a deal to sign Schalke left-back Christian Fuchs, according to reports in Germany.
The 29-year-old is out of contract in the summer and, despite being linked with a switch to Swansea in January, looks likely to become Nigel Pearson’s first summer signing.
Austrian international Fuchs is known for his technical ability and scored at the Bernabéu as the German side beat Real Madrid 4-3 in the Champions League back in March.
Leicester are on the look-out for left-back with Paul Konchesky recently celebrating his 34th birthday while Jeff Schlupp has also been linked with a move to FA Cup winners Arsenal.

Er verweist auf sichere Quellen und behauptet Fuchs wechsle entgegen aktueller Medienberichte nicht zu Swansea, sondern zu Leicester.
Weiß allerdings nicht auf welche deutschen Berichte sich independent hier bezieht... Wir werden sehen.
